Return Policy

Cancellations are possible only until the pre-shipping stage; we cannot cancel your order once the item is shipped.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We will gladly accept any unused product in its original packing within 7 days of delivery.

The returned product should be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product.

Every product and package is labelled with a serial number. This serial number must be readable and un-tampered on return.

If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

These policies are determined by GIZMAZE.COM and we have a right to change the CANCELLATION AND RETURN policy on our self-discursion.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.Return duration period is 10 working days.
